Join to apply for the Retail Trainer and Visual Merchandiser role at Guest Services, Inc.

This position involves merchandising retail products across four stores in Mount Rainier National Park, training staff on POS systems and hospitality standards, maintaining displays, and supporting inventory management. The role reports to the Retail Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include :

Training staff on POS and customer service standards.
Creating attractive displays to enhance visitor experience.
Managing inventory, signage, and seasonal store setups.
Collaborating with vendors and operational managers.
Performing inventory counts and analyzing stock levels.

Qualifications :

High school diploma; some college preferred.

At least two years of retail experience.

Knowledge of POS systems, especially CounterPoint.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Good communication skills in English.

Ability to perform physical tasks like stooping and reaching.

Additional Details :

Full-time, entry-level position.

Seasonal employment primarily from April to October.
