Location : Fountaintown, IN | Direct-Hire | 100% Onsite

Base salary : $45,000 – $65,000 per year (depending on experience)

Full Benefits | Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, providing support for Windows environments, Office 365, and other applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues (desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, scanners, mobile devices).
• Monitor basic network infrastructure (switches, routers, Wi-Fi) and escalate complex issues to Tier II teams as needed.
• Set up, configure, and maintain user devices and ensure systems are updated and secure.
• Collaborate with other IT teams (Systems, Data, Development, ERP) to resolve escalated issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users are supported and kept informed throughout the troubleshooting process.
