Pay : $30-$40 / hr + (Depending on experience)

Schedule :

Option 1 : M-F 7a-4p
Option 2 : M-TR 3 : 30p-1 : 30a w / Shift Differential

Type of Job : Direct Hire

Location : Lino Lakes, MN

Senior CNC Machinist / Programmer Daily Tasks : What you will do :

Program complex multi-axis CNC machines.

Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability

Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds / speeds, and cycle times

Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions

Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)

Senior CNC Machinist / Programmer Qualifications / Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years of programming experience with strong machining skills (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)

Ability to program, set up, and operate complex multi-axis CNC machines
