Job Summary
Lead strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce-based solutions spanning Sales, Service, Marketing, and Analytics. Drive high-impact initiatives through partnerships with cross-functional teams and ensure platform optimization and adoption enterprise-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full product lifecycle : strategy, requirements, backlog, execution, launch, and iteration
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, analytics, and engineering to define needs and UX
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, custom development (e.g., Apex, Lightning), and integrations
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to steer roadmap priorities
- Lead go-to-market enablement and internal adoption programs
- Track performance using KPIs, ROI, and usage data to guide continuous improvement
- Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities like Einstein and conversational AI where relevant
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years in product management or consulting, with at least 6 years focused on SalesforceDeep knowledge of Salesforce data models, product clouds, automation, and analyticsHands-on experience with AI integrations (Einstein, AgentForce)Strong financial acumen—modeling ROI, defining business cases, and setting KPIsProven stakeholder management skills, including executive communicationBachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or Business; MBA or similar preferredPreferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder, Consultant) and PMP or Agile credentialsFamiliarity with vector databases, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS domain expertiseKnowledge of compliance frameworks like HIPAA and responsible AI principles
