Job Description
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a renowned upscale dining concept located within a premier hotel property in Auburn, Alabama , to recruit an accomplished and passionate Restaurant General Manager . This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a well-established restaurant known for its authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional guest service, and vibrant atmosphere.
About the Role :
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front- and back-of-house operations, managing a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving financial performance. This position plays a vital role in the success of both the restaurant and the hotel’s food & beverage program.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Foster a culture of hospitality, excellence, and teamwork
- Recruit, train, and develop front- and back-of-house staff
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership on promotions and events
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience in every interaction
