Senior Program / Project Manager

Manages and oversees all aspects of a Program to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. May require certification in Project Management. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.

• 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• 10 years of experience with US NAVY concepts, practices, and procedures.
• 10 years of experience developing comprehensive project plans
• 10 years of experience developing spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
• 10 years of proven working experience in project management
• 10 years of experience developing and tracking budgets
• 10 years of experience in Process Improvement
• 10 years of experience with US NAVY Training development and implementation concepts, practices, and procedures.
