Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI / UX Design, or related fields
6-8 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, and product innovation
Proven experience leading projects and contributing to multiple shipped digital products
Ability to develop processes for tackling design problems and uncovering innovative solutions
Demonstrated application of human-centered design with understanding of business impacts
