Massachusetts Licensed Patient Outreach Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with a MA Pharmacy License.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound calls and enrolling eligible patients

Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program

Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while managing patient information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

MA Pharmacy Technician License or commitment to obtain required licensure

0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB / ExCPT License preferred

National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required

Flexibility in shift times, including occasional Saturday availability
