Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager for the Veteran and Family Member Programs (VFMP) Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Own the program charter and roadmap, establishing vision, outcomes, and governance

Plan and control delivery by managing scope, schedule, and budget across interdependent projects

Lead a cross-functional delivery team and integrate technology workstreams to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in business administration, project management, healthcare management, or related field

PMP certification (or equivalent)

Minimum 10 years of experience managing healthcare programs or federal modernization initiatives

Minimum 6 years supporting a large corporation or government agency

Experience leading multi-project portfolios and managing cross-functional teams
