Overview :
Singnala We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, where you will provide exceptional support and service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with effective solutions.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.Document customer interactions and transactions in our customer management systems.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.Familiarity with customer service software (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.Benefits
