Job Summary
The School Psychologist at The Allicock Group contributes to the well-being and academic success of students by providing psychological assessments, interventions, and support services. This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and students to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Duties :
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement intervention plans to address students' individual needs.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Support school-wide programs aimed at fostering a positive school climate and mental health awareness.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address students' academic and behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports.
Qualifications :
