Senior Analyst, Finance Planning & Analysis

At LPL Financial, we empower professionals to shape their success while helping clients pursue their financial goals with confidence. The Senior Analyst, Finance Planning & Analysis will provide analytical support to the Finance team within LPL Financials' Client Success organization. The role will focus primarily on providing forecasting, budget planning, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide financial analysis and reporting for Client Success organization
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasts for the division, including rolling estimates and detailed commentary
  • Prepare annual budget / targets and mid-year reviews for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Create presentations and other materials for senior management meetings
  • Perform various ad hoc analyses as needed
  • Coordinate special projects and perform various administrative functions as required

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience preferred. MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant finance experience; preferably within a large financial services organization.
  • Core Competencies :

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Pay Range : $74,700-$124,500 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
