Key Responsibilities
Audit provider information to ensure payment accuracy as per contracts
Respond to audit inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to improve audit quality
Maintain and secure all provider contract files and ensure compliance with storage formatting
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience managing large databases and performing quality data audits
Experience with provider information systems
Proficiency in Excel and Access applications
Must be located in Illinois for occasional in-person meetings
