Litigation Attorney

Well-established law practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney at the partner-track or senior associate level to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator with strong trial experience who is looking to step into a leadership role and advance toward partnership.

Position Highlights :

Title : Litigation Attorney (Partner-Track or Senior Associate, 6+ years of experience)

Salary : $120,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Billable Expectation : 1,650 hours annually

Work Arrangement : Hybrid schedule available; must be able to travel for in-person requirements (not a fully remote role)

Interviews : Initial interviews may be conducted virtually

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

A background as a senior associate or a partner-ready attorney seeking advancement

Strong complex litigation and trial skills with the ability to independently manage cases

Experience in tort and medical malpractice litigation

The ability to seamlessly transition into client-facing responsibilities and active caseload management
