Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing research operations team, fostering a culture of operational excellence

Oversee participant recruitment strategies and processes to ensure high quality and efficiency

Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize research workflows, vendor partnerships, and operational compliance

Required Qualifications

8+ years in research operations, UX / program management, or related roles in a technology-driven environment

3+ years in people management, building and developing research operations teams

Advanced understanding of research methodologies and the end-to-end research lifecycle

Experience optimizing processes and managing research vendors or external partners

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or related certifications preferred
