A company is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding Medicare coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
Make outbound follow-up calls as needed and provide solution-focused support
Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and enhance coverage while ensuring compliance with HIPAA
Qualifications
Active Health Insurance License in the state of residence - Required
Minimum 6 months of sales experience
High-speed internet (15 Mbps or higher) and a quiet, dedicated workspace
High school diploma or equivalent
Must reside in the state where licensed
