4.5-day work week with Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm and Friday, 8 am - 12 pm
Generous 6 weeks of time off annually
Low patient volume of 10 - 12 patients per day

Board certification in occupational medicine required; FM / IM with occupational experience considered
