Primary Care Physician - ANY STATE LICENSE (Clarksburg)

About the Role

We are seeking a Board Certified Primary Care Physician's to provide comprehensive primary care services to Veterans at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. The physician will work within an integrated healthcare team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care while complying with VA standards and federal contracting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum primary care services to assigned Veteran patients, including preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and manage conditions, and order appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, pharmacists, and mental health professionals.
• Document patient encounters in the VAs Electronic Health Record (EHR) in compliance with federal guidelines.
• Maintain continuity of care by participating in quality improvement programs and follow-up initiatives.
