Full-time 1st shift Monday - Friday weekend and on call rotation required.

Assist in providing maintenance necessary for the care of facility creating a

pleasant and comfortable physical environment for residents, employees and general public.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with or in field of electrical repair, boiler maintenance, painter, construction, plumbing, and groundskeeper preferred.
• Must be available to work other than normal hours as needed and be able to assume pager responsibilities.
• Drivers License
• Regular attendance is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.

Must be able to :

Walking : 3-7 hours / day

Lifting : Over 50 lbs good body mechanics or 25-50 lbs improper mechanics

Twisting : Moderate : 121-480 twists / day (480 based upon 1 twist per minute)

Bending : Moderate bending : 121-480 bends / day (480 based on 1 bend / minute)

Squat / Kneel : 3-7 hours / day

Endurance : Heavy energy requirements (7-9 mets)

Assist with snow removal on the property as assigned
