ABA Therapist In Home Sessions

Looking for a meaningful after-school role helping children succeed? One Step Forward is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide in-home services for a child in the Newark, NJ area. This is a part-time opportunity for someone dependable and motivated to build experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

What You’ll Do :

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the child’s home or local community

Follow individualized treatment goals created by a BCBA

Collect session data and write daily notes

Work with caregivers to encourage skill generalization

What We’re Looking For :

Experience as an ABA Therapist, RBT, behavior technician, or similar child focused role

Afternoon availability at least 3–5 weekdays

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach
