Position Overview :
The Director of Communications Strategy and Planning is responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the Company's goals. This leader ensures consistent messaging across all channels, oversees planning processes, and drives initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and visibility.
Working with the CCO to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives, promoting our products, people, and strategy to a wide range of stakeholders

The anticipated pay range for this position is $148,300 - $250,300, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick's long-term incentive program.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
