Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for the Lathe Department to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components..

Responsibilities :

Develop and write CNC programs using Cam softwares
Set up and operate CNC machines including milling machines, stamping presses, and other equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
Monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances
Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production

Skills :

Proficiency in basic math skills including geometry, algebra, and trigonometry

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
