We're seeking a talented Freelance Motion Graphic Artist to create visuals for our upcoming fundraising Gala – Ovations 2026 : “Top Hats & Trapeze,” a classic carnival–themed celebration taking place March 7, 2026 .

Scope of Work :

  • Create a decorative looping video (unusual dimensions : 9216×1080 ) totaling about 5-7 minutes of content in compositions & vignettes .
  • Deliver a fully editable After Effects project (including assets) that allows us to swap, drop in, or recolor elements.
  • Combine existing artwork, public-domain assets, and original design to achieve a retro 1930s carnival poster style (mood board, logo, and some assets provided).

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in After Effects (other tools welcome, but final project must be AE).
  • Experience working with large, custom resolutions and projection-mapping contexts.
  • Ability to provide portfolio links or reels showing similar work.

    • Details :

  • Flat-fee contract runs through March 2026.
  • Work is primarily remote ; hybrid / onsite collaboration possible for projection-mapping needs.
  • Target delivery : mid-February 2026 to allow for review, tweaks, and integration before the March 7 event.
