Our rapidly expanding law firm is looking for an Arabic speaking Legal Assistant to join our team. No prior legal experience is required just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.

What Youll Do :

  • Assist attorneys and case managers with day-to-day administrative tasks (conduct intake, file insurance claims, search for police reports, send Letter of Representation, etc.)
  • Organize and maintain case files and client records (Filevine and Lead Docket)
  • Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
  • Draft and prepare basic legal correspondence and documentation
  • Support the team in ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving environment
