About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team three to four days per week. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about interventional pain medicine, regenerative therapies, and minimally invasive spine procedures. The NP / PA will report directly to our Medical Director and will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and telemedicine consults as needed.
- Administer basic trigger point and joint injections. (training provided)
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on treatment plans for interventional pain therapies and regenerative medicine.
- Educate and promote advanced therapies, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), and minimally invasive spine procedures.
- Support the integration of AI tools into clinical workflows.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient education and support to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APNP) or Physician Assistant in the state of Wisconsin (required).Current ACLS certification (required).2+ years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates with strong interest will be considered.Experience with injections or musculoskeletal care is a plus.Interest in regenerative medicine, interventional pain, and minimally invasive spine surgery.Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.Required Skills
