We're looking for a seasoned IT executive with the ability to align strategy and execution, lead teams through complex priorities, and provide steady, decisive leadership in fast-paced settings. This is a unique opportunity to define and lead IT Service Delivery with the autonomy, authority, and support to deliver excellence from the ground up.

As the Director IT Service Delivery, you'll combine deep ITIL / ITSM expertise (ideally with ServiceNow) with strong leadership and professional acumen. You'll oversee IT service operations, drive process improvements, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver world-class service.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a talented IT team while fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through high-impact projects, balancing priorities and keeping teams focused under pressure.
  • Oversee ITSM strategy and ServiceNow roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement with measurable outcomes, using KPIs, benchmarking, and service reviews.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, budgets, and resource planning to optimize service delivery.
  • Act as a steady, strategic voice through changemaintaining operational excellence while advancing service maturity.
  • Communicate with influence, presenting confidently to executive leadership and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 1015 years of progressive IT leadership, with a focus on Service Delivery and ITIL / ITSM frameworks.
  • 510+ years leading complex, enterprise-level projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (required). MBA or Master's in IT (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation certification (required); advanced ITIL or PMP certifications (preferred).
  • Strong leadership presence, professional acumen, and the ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to executives.
