Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning for our clients, ensuring adherence to all tax regulations while providing strategic guidance to optimize tax positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients to minimize tax liabilities.
• Review tax provisions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and assist in their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
