Responsibilities
Provide functional leadership and support to MEM and Sales Teams using 5S warehousing standards and preparation of MEM equipment for the Sales and MEM Organization. Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance opportunities are to PBC standards. Provide Certified Quality A-Repairs for the Market Equipment Organization for all Equipment types to manage equipment capital investments to plan levels. Coordinate all logistic activities regarding MEM equipment to include Drop and Hook, inbound New and Certified, and manage all Junk Equipment and Reserve Accounts. Utilize coaching for service excellence to manage shop technicians and administrative teams to support company standards and key performance indicators.
Technical Skills :
- Create and implement process improvements of infrastructure setup, to support equipment inventory, shop prep and equipment move
- Ensure customer service focus of MEM team based on broad customer / sales knowledge and experience
- Provide support to close technical and mechanical issues encountered in the organization and close these gaps to standards
- Serve as an expert resource to others in the use and interpretation of MEM systems information, inclusive of problem solving through analysis of the national scorecard and standard reporting data
Compensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000 based on a full-time schedule.Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility : Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required10+ years' experience preferably in the beverage industry. Fountain, cooler, and vendor equipment supply chain experience is a plus.Strong proven analytical capabilities and the ability to think both strategically and operate tacticallyProven experience leading and participating effectively in cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and handle deadlinesFlexibility with shifting prioritiesExperience in Certified Center and Hub processes or equivalent warehouse / manufacturing / distribution environmentExcellent communication, influence, and presentation skillsImplementation of software solution - supply chain planning a plusAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsCustomer drive and focus; prior customer service or related experienceSuperior problem solving and organizational skillsDemonstrate outstanding mechanical / technical aptitudeDemonstrate continuous improvement mindsetAbility to analyze dataFacilitate training as needed to build capability within the market sales and frontline HUB teamsUnderstand and execute all safety / environmental procedures related to the equipment platformEEO Statement
