Integrated Low-Voltage Field Engineer (Lenel / Bosch / DMP)Make Complex Systems Work—Reliably
Put your low-voltage expertise to work installing, configuring, and supporting security technology that protects people and property. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of electronic security, access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, and nurse call systems—engineered to align with network and code requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Install, program, and maintain : alarm panels (Lenel, Bosch, DMP), access control, CCTV, structured cabling, nurse call, and related wiring.
- Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for safety, uptime, and code compliance.
- Troubleshoot panels, sensors, cameras, and peripheral devices to restore service rapidly.
- Integrate solutions with IP networks, monitoring platforms, and remote access tools.
- Partner with clients and contractors to scope, plan, and deliver multi-trade projects to spec.
- Create thorough documentation for installs, service calls, configurations, and project records.
- Comply with safety protocols and industry standards, including NFPA for fire alarm components.
- Train junior team members and end users on operation and maintenance.
- Track industry trends and new technologies to improve system performance and practices.
- Operate independently and within teams with minimal supervision.
What You Bring
HS diploma or equivalent required; technical credential or associate / bachelor’s preferred.3+ years of low-voltage installation / service experience (cabling, CCTV, access control, nurse call, alarms).Blueprint / schematic reading skills and comfort with technical documentation.Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, IP networking, and system integration.Microsoft Excel / Outlook skills; strong written and verbal communication.Professional, customer-centric approach.Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; Security License required.Fluent in English.Travel up to 50% regionally and out-of-state; Caspian covers expenses and per diem.Preferred Qualifications
Vendor certifications : Lenel, Bosch, DMP.Background with intercoms, fire alarm systems, or additional low-voltage platforms.Experience applying NFPA codes and advanced troubleshooting in integrated environments.Physical Requirements
