About The Position

Pediatrician Opportunity | High-Demand, Full-Time Practice | Southwest Wyoming

Join a pediatric practice in scenic Southwest Wyoming, where a hospital-employed clinic is

seeking a Pediatric physician. With strong support, minimal competition, and growing demand,

you'll be positioned to make a lasting impact on the community.

Practice Setting

  • Step into a well-established, high-volume pediatric clinic serving a large and loyal patient

base

  • Supported by three experienced nurse practitioners and an office team
  • Housed in a modern facility with updated pediatric-specific equipment and exam space
  • Located within a critical access hospital system focused on patient-centered care

    • Schedule

  • Full-time position with a typical Monday-Friday schedule
  • Flexible options to customize hours in coordination with the Clinic Director
  • Call responsibilities up to 10 days per month, including :

    • ○ Rounding on pediatric and newborn inpatients

    ○ Performing circumcisions

    ○ Attending C-sections and deliveries upon OB request

  • Strong backup support from hospitalists and emergency medicine teams

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 through hospital employment

    • ○ Generous $25,000 signing bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation support

    ○ Up to $90,000 in student loan repayment

    ○ Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision,

    and life insurance, along with short- and long-term disability coverage and

    malpractice insurance with full tail coverage

  • 401(k) with 7% employer match, generous paid time off, and a CME allowance with

    • dedicated time
