Senior HR Manager – Automotive Dealership Group

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our growing, multi-franchise automotive dealership group. This leadership role will shape HR strategy, compliance, and culture while supporting business growth across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

Oversee training, performance management, and leadership development.

Manage employee relations, engagement, and culture-building programs.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and dealership industry regulations.

Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies.

Drive HR operations, reporting, and process improvements across dealerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s / SHRM certification preferred).

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

Automotive retail / dealership group experience highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.

Proven ability to manage a multi-location, high-volume workforce.
