Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, rotating Employment Type : Travel RN Position Job Notes : Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • 13-week assignment working full-time, 36 hours per week
• Schedule consists of 4 nine-hour day shifts
• Weekend call rotation required
• Minimum one year of ASU / PACU unit experience required
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Must complete timecards properly according to facility rules to avoid rejection and processing delays
• Provide post-anesthesia care unit nursing services
• Monitor patients recovering from surgical procedures and anesthesia
