Job Summary : Position Summary :
The Lead Licensing Specialist serves as the team lead, subject matter expert, and an escalation point-of-contact for the Licensing and Registration Team, which is responsible for receiving, maintaining, and processing requests for licenses, tobacco stamp orders, and bonds that are requested via in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence for License and Registration, Business One Stop, Peer to Peer Car Sharing, and Property Management Companies (PMC).
Supervision :
This position does not have direct reports, but does serve as a team lead.
Remote work is available on a full-time basis within Arizona (including virtual office arrangements). The State of Arizona strives for a work culture that affords employees flexibility, autonomy, and trust.
