Financial Analyst

The Opportunity :

Reporting to FP&A Manager, the analyst will focus on maintaining and managing period reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial dashboards, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations.
• Analyze customer and revenue data to identify trends, profitability drivers, and areas for growth.
• Partner with Sales, and Operations to understand performance drivers and develop actionable insights.
• Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics gathering, organization and analysis of data from various sources to facilitate the review of corporate operations and city / Project Management performance, including Business Intelligence, ERP, and Cloud Based Software.
• Monthly financial reporting- system-wide activity including key performance indicators, same store sales data, months-in-Operations Data, and Regional results, among others.
• Provides basic budget training and guidance to budget holders for assigned categories.
• Drive ad hoc strategic analysis and special projects in support of executive leadership and company-wide initiatives.
• Identify and help implement cost-saving opportunities.
