Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics - Chicago, IL

This role is "On-Site" at the location detailed in the job post. Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.
The Supply Chain Analytics Analyst is responsible for analytical and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain organization. Ways you will make a difference :
- Lead investigations into multiple streams of data to help solve complex business issues.
- Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support organizational decisions-making.
- Identify trends, research effect drivers, and evaluate results.
- Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analysis.
- Support Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, transportation & warehousing, and portfolio management with analytical and project-based efforts on an ad hoc basis.
- Prepare abundant ad-hoc reports and contribute to business cases.
- Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Understand and demonstrate the Company's core values.

4+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Analytics based fieldMinimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, EngineeringDemonstrated experience analyzing, data mining and reporting on large and complex datasetsDemonstrated knowledge of a data visualization platform (such as Tableau or Power BI)Demonstrated Knowledge of SQL or other potential languages (Python, R, VBA etc.) are a plusPast Experience in Statistical and Operations Research-based problem solving is a plusWorking knowledge of SAP S4 and / or SAP IBP is a plusHigh proficiency in MS Excel and Office SuiteWhat We Offer :
