• Work Dates Needed : ASAP with 4 week credential so 5 / 1 - on going
• Preferred Schedule : Tues / Thurs - 8am to 5pm at Franklin Health Center and Fri - 8am-5pm at Carpinteria Health Care Center (24 hours a week)
• Worksite Setting : Outpatient : Franklin Health & Carpinteria Health Care Center
• Scope of Work : Combination of newborn, well babies and chronic / sick
• EMR : Epic
• Pay Rate Preferred : $960 / daily 0-8 hours ($120 max / hourly)
