Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with leaders on talent-related strategies and initiatives
Designs and facilitates leadership development programs and provides coaching
Implements talent initiatives and develops innovative programs aligned with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Organizational Development or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a health-related environment
Understanding of organizational development theory and application
Demonstrates strong business acumen with successful partnerships with business leaders
Preference for certifications in OD and learning-related fields
