LTC Provider Care, LLC provides Primary Care (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. LTC is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team as Primary-Care Providers. Requirements And Qualifications Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan. Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
