Overview

Dunwoody College of Technology is seeking a versatile, imaginative, and detail-driven Multimedia Designer with a strong foundation in motion graphics and a passion for producing world-class educational media to join the Dunwoody Immersive team. Dunwoody Immersive is a new dual credit program that provides college courses in the technical and skilled trades fields to high school students. The curriculum will utilize immersive technology to simulate learning labs in combination with lectures and assignments in the college’s Learning Management System (Canvas) and provide educational opportunities to students across the country.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of storytelling, technical craft, and instructional impact with the agility to work across both structured production pipelines as well as open-ended / creative development.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form educational videos from pre-scripted materials
• Design and animate 2D motion graphics that simplify complex concepts and reinforce key vocabulary
• Capture immersive, authentic footage—from 360° walkthroughs to SME interviews and real-world demonstrations
• Align visual storytelling choices with defined instructional goals and learning outcomes
• Lead full-cycle production of on-location video content, including scripting, directing, filming, and editing
