Position Overview :

As a Landscape Construction Laborer at Barnes, Inc., you will play a crucial role in bringing our landscaping projects to life. You'll work alongside a team of experienced professionals to create beautiful hardscapes that enhance outdoor living spaces. Responsibilities :

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.
• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other softscape elements according to design plans.
• Soil preparation, mulching, and irrigation system installation.
• Pruning, trimming, and maintaining plants to ensure their health and aesthetics.
• Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent our company in a professional manner.
