About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : Active VA / Compact License required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale

Must-Have :

• Charge experience preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• Prior travel experience required

Description :

Replacing a staff member.

Must be able to work 2 of 3 winter holidays.

Block scheduling is no longer accommodated but weekend-only requests may be considered.

Patient population includes a mix of medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac, neuro, and CVA patients with intermediate acuity levels.

Assignments end on Saturday.

The unit typically follows a schedule of 2 out of 3 weekends a month, but this can vary based on unit needs.

All team members are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires.
