As our General Superintendent – Electrical Construction , you’ll oversee multiple project sites, leading field teams and ensuring quality, safety, and schedules stay on track. You’ll be the person who connects strategy to execution — making sure our teams have what they need to do their best work every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support multiple electrical construction projects, from mobilization through closeout
• Supervise and coach project superintendents and foremen — build teams that deliver excellent work
• Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with plans and codes
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan schedules, manpower, and materials
• Identify potential issues early and solve problems before they impact the schedule
• Support company safety culture — ensure every worker goes home safe, every day
• Track progress, report field updates, and help maintain accurate project documentation
• Represent the company on-site with professionalism and integrity
