Job Summary

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a self-motivated individual for the role of RESIDENT DISTRICT MANAGER (#2 operator, reporting to VPO) at BAYLOR UNIVERSITY in Waco, TX. In this exciting role, you will advise the day-to-day operations and financial success of residential dining, retail and catering operations on the campus. This includes adhering to contract guidelines, the Health Departments regulations, company standards, and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation. With Chartwells rapid growth trajectory, there's immense potential for you to advance authoritatively and make an immediate impact on our food service operations. You will lead the campus food service team within the account and manage 5 salaried operators. You will also maintain strong client relationships and work to fulfill our mission at Chartwells.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leads, manages, and inspires a diverse team at a large account, with the goal of providing top-notch service to the client, students, and community

Drives and develops self and team at the account towards building strong relationships with the client(s) and achievement of key performance indicators (profitability, safety, employee engagement, etc.)
