A thriving hospital system is offering the exciting opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join their hospital-employed practice providing superior patient care! Due to leadership's hands-off approach, you get the best of both worlds here : the autonomy of a private practice but the backing / training / referrals of a hospital system.

The ideal Physician will be BC / BE Gastroenterologist - practicing physicians and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Hospital Employed, but they operate like it's a private practice
• $450k Salary that goes up with experience
• Keep a high % of your net collections / profit = $$$ to be made here
• Week night call rotation is backup-only to very experienced APPs who do all the week night rounding
• Weekend call will be 1 : 6 or even 1 : 7 once fully staffed and you only cover one hospital
• Take over for an existing patient panel due to retirement replacement
• Fully Benefits Package
