Were seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team and provide hands-on support for computer systems, networks, and telecommunications. This is a temporary position expected to last around 6 months , ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving technical challenges.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer, network, and telecommunication systems
• Support and train employees on software applications
• Resolve hardware and software issues across the organization
• Manage special technical projects and handle walk-up support requests
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity
• Serve as primary backup for the IT Manager
• Occasionally work outside normal business hours as needed
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
