Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Marketing Coordinator, Enterprise Digital Marketing reporting to the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, to play a key role in managing enterprise-level digital assets, supporting web platforms, and enabling seamless integration across systems. This role is critical in ensuring marketing operations run smoothly, supporting brand initiatives, and maintaining consistency and accessibility across our digital ecosystem.

Job Description

Digital Asset Management (DAM) :

• Serve as the digital librarian, maintaining and updating a DAM of 74,000+ assets across foodservice and retail business units.
• Manage asset metadata, structure, and connections to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Support migrations to new digital platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized performance.
• Update assets to align with evolving brand standards and guidelines.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is : $52,200.00 - $78,300.00
