Senior Application Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Application Manager - Microsoft Power Platform & D365.

Key Responsibilities :

Support daily operational readiness of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments

Manage and lead a team, providing coaching and performance feedback

Oversee sustainment activities, including release planning and performance monitoring

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

6-8 years of progressive experience in IT program management or enterprise applications

2-3 years of experience managing direct reports in a technical or application management capacity

Demonstrated ability to support large programs with technical oversight

Proven leadership skills in developing cross-functional teams
