job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline. 4–6 years of experience in IT documentation, compliance coordination, or project reporting. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Word, Teams). Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in document control. Experience in ITIL-aligned service delivery or audit environments. ITIL v4 Foundation or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification (preferred). Familiarity with FedRAMP, MARS-E2, or other public-sector compliance frameworks. Ability to produce executive-level reporting visuals using Power BI or Excel Pivot Dashboards. TriTech Enterprise Systems (TriTech) is seeking a ‘Compliance / Documentation Analyst’ to support a Maryland State contract. The contract is onsite. The candidate will e nsure operational transparency and compliance through accurate documentation, SLA reporting, and audit evidence tracking. In addition, the candidate will acts as the quality gatekeeper ensuring every operational artifact (SOPs, DR reports, RCA logs, patch evidence) meets State and Federal standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks in SharePoint.
- Consolidate monthly SLA and KPI reports across O&M functions for submission to MD THINK PMO.
- Track and maintain audit evidence repositories (security patches, DR tests, ORCs, RCA summaries).
- Support security audits and compliance reviews under the direction of the Security Engineer.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, risk logs, and CSI tracker updates from governance sessions.
- Manage document version control, review schedules, and sign-off workflows.
- Ensure all operational deliverables (maintenance logs, reports, ORCs) adhere to 45 CFR 95.617 documentation standards.
- Support quarterly Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) reviews by collating trend analysis and lessons learned.
