A company is looking for a Director level Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Operating Partners across multiple portfolio companies both locally and globally.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
Translate business strategy into actionable HR initiatives impacting workforce planning and talent development
Analyze HR metrics to develop data-driven solutions and promote a positive, inclusive work culture
Qualifications for Success :
10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a business partner capacity
Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple HR functions
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and understanding of confidentiality and compliance
Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems
