Overview : We seek an expert in Generative AI to lead our molecular generation initiatives. You will architect and implement state-of-the-art generative models for de novo drug design, driving the creation of novel therapeutic compounds.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the strategy and development of novel generative AI models (e.g., Diffusion, GANs, etc).
Conduct pioneering research in conditional generation and multi-objective molecular optimization.
Hands-on coding, training, and scaling of complex models to production-ready standards.
Act as a technical leader, collaborating deeply with chemistry and biology teams.
Mentor junior scientists and contribute to high-impact publications.
Qualifications (Required) :
PhD in Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, or a related field.
Industry experience developing AI / ML models on molecular generation.
Deep, hands-on expertise in generative models (e.g., Diffusion, GANs, VAEs, RL) and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs).
Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and software engineering best practices.
Strong understanding of medicinal chemistry principles and proficiency with RDKit.
Proven leadership, project management, and scientific communication skills.
